My experience was excellent from the moment you walk in the door. We were greeted , checked in and given a tour. We were given our robes and slippers for our stay. We made a day of it and arrived at 10:30 and left at 7:00pm . Their locker rooms are outfitted with lockers that have programmable locks ,showers and the bathrooms stocked with absolutely everything you need . My first treatment was a 2 so i enjoyed the hot pools , the dry sauna, steam sauna and the eucalyptus sauna as well as the cafe . They also have cold plunge pools. The cafe has both complimentary choices as well as a slightly heavier fare for purchase. My deep tissues massage was excellent then pedicure then back to cafe, pools and sauna until showering and leaving around 7 . I highly recommend this as a true day spa … go enjoy the whole day . All staff was friendly and attentive . This was a great experience from start to finish …..don’t forget your book !

Have been a few times now for massages. The treatments have been great every time and the spa facilities are well worth spending a few hours enjoying before or after your treatment. Such a nice way to spend an afternoon in the Finger Lakes regions. Pics are from my second most recent visit in November of last year.

I have been to the Inns of Aurora Spa two years consecutively. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and accommodating. The Spa itself is stunning and so peaceful. This is truly a place to go to relax , and find peace and serenity. I highly recommend a treatment and spending the day using the hydrotherapy circuit.

Amanda did a body scrub followed by a signature facial for me and I truly couldn’t have loved it more. She is talented and makes the experience so relaxing. I love everything about inns of aurora and wish I could live there but will forever book with Amanda from here on out!

I couldn't rate this place more highly. The whole experience was so relaxing. They gave you nice robes to wear that were super warm for going in and out of the outdoor pool area. The locker/dressing room area is so nice and has so many free products. We did the cold plunge 3 or 4 times. It was refreshing. The way they have their pools set up, it gives the illusion of you having the whole place to yourself. We are already talking about coming back

The Spa was amazing!!! Everything is so beautiful and perfect. Such a clean, quiet, relaxing environment. The amenities, the food and drinks, the staff and everything was perfection!! I spend one day there and I wish I could have spent more time. I will definitely visit again soon and I am recommending it to all my family and friends. I posted pictures and videos on my Instagram and I got people asking me constantly about the location because it’s truly magical. My masseuse was Casie and he was amazing! If there was an option to give this place 10 stars I would definitely give it 10 stars!! Highly recommended!! ❤️ The most amazing place!! It was perfection in ever way.
