DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I paid on my credit card in September of 2023 and was told i would have it by December 2023 (3 months). I was given regular excuses for why it was not available. All the BS was heard and finally in September of 2024 I called my Bank and had the charges reversed back onto my credit card! If you get sucked into buying, make sure you put it on your credit card so you can get credited back when you still haven't' received it for 18+ months!

I had a Spaberry previously and felt it was a good product. I subsequently ordered a new one last October 2023. Was assured the tub would arrive within 60-90 days. Here we are 11 months later and no tub. BS excuses ie. slowed coming thru Panama Canal, that would mean it was very lost! No satisfactory responses ever. I had paid in full. I know of 2 others that are still waiting - one a year and a half. I think this is a Ponzi scheme or some other way to take and use your money interest free for extended periods of time! You may one day get a tub, but not looking likely

BUYER BEWARE!!! Been over 11 months and my gf still hasnt seen her tub after empty promises and delays. If you choose to buy one of their tubs only pay by Visa, at least then you can put a claim in to get your money back when your tub doesnt show up. Update: - over a year and no tub, gf made a claim through bank /Visa and got her $$$ back. Zero stars should be an option

Ordered April 2023 for delivery date July 2023. Delays, delays and more delays for various reasons. May 2024 still haven’t received it. Asked for refund, refused same as it says on receipt “no refund”. Got VISA to reverse charge by disputing it.

Thought about waiting longer to get it, but then read reviews about how hard it is to get hold of Kevin (manager) or Jeff (owner) to make warranty claims / repairs done, and decided to get a different brand.

Do NOT pay with e-transfer or debit if you decide to buy from them. You will have no way of getting your money back.

We have waited over a YEAR for a hot tub to be delivered after payment with multiple excuses as to why the delivery is delayed. Do NOT buy from this company - If you do, purchase with a credit card so you have some avenue of recourse by doing a charge back.

We were told by Shaun M (Sales Mgr) that we had to make a 50% deposit on our new Spaberry over three months ago. (interestingly he wanted e-transfer over credit card which now makes sense completely!) The promised delivery date has passed and there was no proactive communication letting us know there was a delay. We had to reach out to see what’s going on. Now Kevin Smith (VP) says it will be a few more months. This makes no sense because supposedly the tub we ordered was a miscolor and they were selling them off. We live right in Calgary where the business is based. This company has breached our contract in numerous ways and outright lied and is showing no accountability. They have so far refused to give us our deposit back. Waiting to hear back from Jeff Knight (owner). Tomorrow legal action starts.
We are usually diligent about reading Google reviews before dealing with a business but this time we weren’t. Hope this helps someone else. Keep shopping elsewhere!

Read the reviews online, thank heavens, before ordering a Spaberry. I reached out via messenger as their website was vague on details and they deleted and blocked me.

Update: tried calling in to get an update and was met with hostility from Kevin who hung up on and me deleted all my comments on Facebook warning people about their shady business practice. Guess to protect themselves but people need to know the truth.

I will update this review if I ever receive my hot tub. We were wary to buy this tub back in December and were assured they were legit and not scamming us. Well I feel stupid because it was told we would receive it in April, no contact. We called and they said May/Start of June. Nothing so called again and they said mid-July (today). Guess what? No call, no follow up and no answer. Seems to be a similar story from others. How can a company survive with such brutal customer service? Guess time will tell…this company should be ashamed at the amount of bad reviews and work harder to stay in business.
