I would not recommend this place for a massage. The facilities are nice but I booked the 40 minute signature massage which was not up to standard for the price and left with plenty of knots still in my shoulders and dissatisfied with the service.

I booked a 55 minute deep tissue massage after looking at a few options. I settled on this location due to their facilities and the pool upon arriving I felt as though everything seemed a little bombarded with people I didn’t seem relaxing, but I thought let’s just give this a go we’re already here. After being checked it, I was handed a bathrobe, a pair of slippers and a towel. I was then guided to the women’s changing facilities, where I was very much not. There was no personal changing room for luxurious spot experience. I was a bit shocked about that. It looks more like a gym locker room. There were several women in the room hardly any space to put your items down especially in Norway where you’re wearing boots and jackets and many articles of clothing, it made it very difficult to simply change. It was very messy. There were dirty towels left all over the floor and wet slippers. Not in the trashcan just left behind which tells me that no one comes to clean up the space regularly. I was really uncomfortable and a top weight. I probably should have just left. I continue to make the most of things and changed and went back out to meet my massage therapist. The whole thing was very disorganized. I was at first handed a clipboard with information to complete but everything was in Norwegian honest mistake. She replaced my form with an English intake form, which I then waited almost 7 minutes for someone to come by to take it from me. At that time I was finally escorted to the massage room where are my therapist and I discussed what I’d like to work on. Massage has finally started. The one thing I immediately noticed was the amount of lotion or oil that she pumped into her hand. It was extremely excessive. There was so much slippage that there was no way she could properly give me a deep tissue massage without her hands falling off of my body. 10 minutes into the massage at no point is there any pressure it’s just hands sliding all over my back. I asked her if she could be getting a massage at this point because I’m not receiving anything out of this experience. She then attempts to apply more pressure, which was laughable.. I let about seven more minutes go by before I told her to stop and I ended the massage. This was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had a spa. I do not recommend this place.

UPDATE:
The manager of the spa reached out to me and has made strong efforts to provide me with a better experience. I welcome and appreciate such eloquent customer service. It says they want to do well. I will return and try again.

Fijne massage, fijne douches, uitgebreide fruitschaal inbegrepen. Spa bestaat uit zwembad, één sauna en één stoomcabine. Netjes verzorgd en rustig.
