The rooms here are average. There is nothing special there. Our issue here is the breakfast option. It is not included with your stay. Instead, it is $15 extra per person. Which would be no problem if it was half decent. There are 3 options: eggs, sausage, and potatoes. None of them are good. They also have baked goods, which have been sitting out far too long. Also, all drinks are kept behind closed doors, and when asked, the lady who was running things scoffed and took 10 minutes to get our drinks (just two glasses of apple juice). So, in conclusion, the stay is fine, but DO NOT EAT HERE. It is overpriced and way under industry quality standards.

The room and hotel staff is good but I am disappointed with basic services. I just Check in at late evening after a long trip and found there is no body wash in the bathroom and when I asked them they help with some temporary operations and shared they are out of stock, even TV doesn’t have any streaming option to watch Netflix, common coffee machine near front desk is out of order, and housekeeping staff doesn’t understand English so difficult to communicate your exact request with them.

Ron the front desk agent ruined my Christmas for me and my family. My partner Checked our room ahead of time because me and our daughter was gonna arrive late and he would be at work, so he went ahead and checked in the room and left a key at the front desk for us.
Upon arrival around 7pm, went to the desk with my ID let the Ron know that the room has been checked in and a key is left for me and my daughter and elderly parents.
Ron refused to give us the key and told me that my name is not on the reservation. He told me the owner of the rooms need to be present in order to check me in. I told him, the purpose of the early check in is thst he would not be available at our arrival. Ron proceeded to tell me that " even after seeing the keys with my name in s drawer" at the desk. " oh anybody could've written your name on the keys" I ask, what do u mean? Why can't you call the agent to confirm the story, he would not. I ask to speak with a manager, he refused. Long story short, we had to wait 5 hours to get in our room after a 7hr drive to the hotel. We called cooperate who was baffled why he was not able to assist. My daughter almost broke her figure in door because of Ron who when finally provided the key, coded it for the wrong rooms. Am definitely getting legal advice.

We originally booked Best Western Gateway to the Keys but upon arriving, that place was disgusting and run down and in a sketchy location. We immediately googled new hotels and ended up here. They had availability and good pricing. Was clean, excellent location we walked to Target and the nearby restaurants. Were very happy to have canceled best western and moved here. Only complaints were that the breakfast was weird- we paid for it to be included in the rate but it wasn't really worth it and it was confusing as people showed up and they had to be asked if they were paying for it, already paid for it, etc. It should really just be included or not. The pool was freezing and I had to ask for pool towels at the front desk, they should just be out at the pool. But it was quiet and clean and I'd recommend.

New Hotel with a Target across the car park. We stayed here for one night and could not find any fault, the rooms were nice, modern and clean. Breakfast was plentiful, we took the continental breakfast for $10 per person. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance. It is perfect for an overnight stay.

evacuated here for Hurricane Milton, very accommodating, pet friendly, clean rooms, located off to the side of a large shopping plaza with all you could possibly need as far as restaurants, and shopping for any other needs. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Purchased the daily breakfast with my room rate and it was a good deal. Large selection on the menu and the food was good. They also serve dinner and there is a bar open on weekends.

Out of all my stays at Hilton and even hotels in general, this was one of the worst experiences at a hotel I’ve ever had. The entire point of the reservation holder checking in early and adding a guest, is for you to do your job and actually add the guest to the reservation either in the room notes or something! After the previous shift’s incompetence, the front desk worker Ro(d/b/n) or whatever refused to offer any valuable assistance or even extend basic empathy for a mistake that HE admitted was their fault. Whoever it was literally wrote the name on a sticky note on the keys in your desk. What do you mean “well I can’t actually prove who wrote the note” when it’s literally behind your desk?! Who’s going around and writing random names on sticky notes to put on a room key that’s behind your desk||Regardless, it’s not our fault that they failed to put the guest’s name where it’s supposed to go!! If your staff messes up, you take responsibility and try to make it right while accommodating your customer.||How are you going to tell me to use the Hilton Honors App but when I do so, and it doesn’t work as expected, you tell me that you’re not sure how to use it either? Even corporate customer service was baffled at the experience we’ve had, it’s insane. The disappointment doesn’t stop at the front desk either because the room’s phone did not work and didn’t even have something as basic as the number for front desk included on there.||I didn’t want to let this experience ruin a time that was supposed to be happy and spent with family, but they sure tried their hardest to. This whole debacle left a bad taste in my mouth and I can’t help but wonder if our experience would have differed if we looked different or fit a different “aesthetic”. Do better!
